The Company uses artificial intelligence technologies including AI voice agents, text chatbots, automated content generation tools, and other machine learning systems ("AI Agents") to enhance service delivery and respond to inquiries. When you interact with an AI Agent, you are communicating with an automated system — not a human representative. We will always clearly identify AI interactions at the outset.
4.2 AI Data Collection and Use
Interactions with our AI Agents may be collected, stored, and analyzed to improve the quality and accuracy of our AI systems. Specifically:
a) Storage. Conversations may be retained and reviewed to improve AI performance.

You should not make critical decisions based solely on AI-generated information without verification by a qualified professional. Our official policies and direct human communications supersede any AI-generated content in the event of a discrepancy.
4.4 Bot Disclosure
In compliance with applicable state and federal laws, we disclose that automated agents interacting with you are bots. This disclosure is made clearly and conspicuously at the commencement of any such interaction.
4.5 AI Opt-Out
You may opt out of interacting with AI Agents at any time by requesting to speak with a human representative or by using the opt-out mechanism available within the communication channel. Note that opting out of AI interactions may affect the availability or response time of certain Services.
